He has created audio content for some of the world’s iconic brands, has already developed podcast partnerships with major publishers and organizations, has led his team to numerous media awards, and has guided his company to Inc.’s list of the Fastest Growing Companies in America.
Dick Kalt, Executive Vice President
Dick brings vast knowledge and experience in the broadcast industry to Collisions as Executive Vice President and a Partner in parent company CRN. He has created many award-winning audio marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies. He is a student of breakthrough digital technologies that make up the new foundation of consumer communication.
Kelly Travers, Director of Podcast Operations
An agency media planner way back when, Kelly has overseen trade marketing, merchandising fulfillment and event coordination for Collisions parent CRN International. She has served as Director of Podcast Operations since the inception of Collisions last year.
Robert O’Mara, Managing Director, Strategy and Development
With a marketing background culled at agencies such as Bozell, FCB and Marketing Drive, Rob heads up all sales activity for Collisions, developing unique sponsorship packages for brands and matching them to the right podcasts.
Jim Alkon, Director of Marketing
A lifetime marketing/content/business development executive coming from the b-to-b media world in industries ranging from technology to travel to events, Jim oversees marketing for Collisions, including social media, websites, public relations, cross-podcast marketing, marketing automation and more.
Sarah Guertin, Producer, “Distraction”
Sarah is an award-winning writer/producer with several hundred commercial and promotional spots for radio, television and the internet to her credit, as well as playing a major role in the launch of “Distraction.” Her past includes stints at two New England television stations: WFSB-TV in Hartford and WCAX-TV in Burlington, VT.
Christina Torres, Producer, “Just the Right Book”
Christina joined the Collisions team in July 2016 and serves as the producer for the upcoming podcast “Just the Right Book with Roxanne Coady.” A New York City native, she got her start at WNYW Fox 5 before joining the nationally syndicated entertainment show EXTRA in 2001 where she won an Emmy in 2014.
Peter Lion, Producer, “Stockton!”
Peter Lion has been in broadcasting for more than 25 years working at the network level with companies such as NBC Sports and ESPN as a producer, director and writer. A graduate of Southern Connecticut State University, he majored in Journalism, is a published author and seven-time Emmy winner.
Scott Persson, Editor and Sound Engineer
Scott comes from a diverse background not only in audio production, but also as a touring/recording drummer. For most of his career, he has been in bands, recording as a drummer and sound engineer. He had a long tenure with Sound Lounge, one of New York’s biggest audio post production boutiques. He has also toured extensively, opening for bands such as Radiohead, No Doubt, and Bryan Adams.
Pat Keogh, Editor and Sound Engineer
Pat is an Emmy-nominated, Telly and Tony award-winning Sound Designer, Engineer and Composer with over 30 years of experience in film, television, radio, recording and theater. Recent work includes the Grammy award-winning album “Feels Good” for Take Six and sound design for the Tony award-winning Broadway play, “Trip to Bountiful.”
